DESIGN, CONSULT, COORDINATE
With this service, we guide you through the planning process, design each guest experience, the look & feel of your wedding or event and consult you as needed so you can plan your wedding. This service is for clients who have 150 - 200 hours to devote to planning within a 6 - 12 month period.
We draft a customized agenda within a timeline for you to plan your own event.
A vetted vendor list is provided for you to book reputable service providers required to bring your vision to life.
We work with you to design your event. We then draft your rental, floral & purchase orders required to bring the design to life.
We will coordinate & manage all vendors 6 weeks prior to your event. Includes finalizing all purchase orders, agendas, timelines and final plans.
Direct the event & manage service providers to ensure your wedding / event is a success.
We do not offer month or day of coordination services due to the standards for both our company & clients. We understand the value of planning a quality event & the commitment required.
